Laminate flooring, also known as impregnated paper laminated wood flooring / laminate flooring, consists of a wear layer, a decorative layer, a high density substrate layer, and a balanced (moisture resistant) layer.

The impregnated paper laminated wooden floor is impregnated with one or more layers of special paper, thermosetting amino resin, paved on the surface layer of wood-based board substrate such as particle board, high-density fiberboard, balanced layer on the back, wear-resistant layer on the front, hot pressed, Formed floor. Characteristics of impregnated paper laminated wood flooring The impregnated paper laminated wood flooring has the following characteristics: wear resistance, rich style, impact resistance, deformation resistance, pollution resistance, flame retardant, moisture proof, environmental protection, no fading, easy installation, easy care. Can be used for floor heating and the like.

The substrate is the main structure of the laminate flooring and determines the quality of the product. Medium density fiberboard (MDF), high density fiberboard (HDF), particleboard, usually made of fast-growing wood such as pine, poplar, and miscellaneous wood. The living home uses high-density fiberboard, which is decorated with thermosetting resin, laminated paper, impregnated paper or veneer. The thickness is approximately equal to the wear layer plus the decorative layer, which has the function of moisture proof and stable product size, so that the floor is evenly stressed during processing and use.
